Very nice Stay, A Real Gem!

My room had a great balcony. It included comfortable lounge seating. The minibar had complimentary soft drinks which I found very refreshing. I especially liked the automatic curtains. They added a touch of convenience. The bathroom had a large soaking tub, and there was a separate rainfall shower. Both worked perfectly. The room also featured a spacious walk-in closet. I could easily store all my luggage and clothing there. Staff interactions were also very pleasant. Every staff member greeted me with a smile. The concierge helped me book local tours and excursions efficiently. The check-in process was seamless, and I got my room key quickly. The staff stored my luggage safely before check-in. I felt secure knowing it was well looked after. I appreciated the multiple dining options. The breakfast buffet offered a vast selection of hot and cold items. The outdoor seating areas provided great views, and the beach bar had a lively atmosphere. I enjoyed having drinks there in the evenings, especially the cocktails. I was really happy about the food quality. It exceeded my expectations.
The wait times for elevators were sometimes lengthy. This became an issue during peak hours. The elevators seemed slow, and it was quite annoying.

the staff at the reception was very nice. aleena was attentive. sid impressed me with his professionalism.
the hotel didn't turn off the air conditioning, so the rooms were very cold. i had to wait up to 4 hours for my room. the receptionist was rude and lacked compassion.
